Difficult to get unblocked and dispute settled

4 Months ago I requested them to unblock me from logging in to their website. The above person requested me to mail documents. I did mail them and not once but few times. No feedback, no unblocking nothing for more than 4 months now? Also I filed a dispute about a Standard bank credit cart account which was paid and closed long ago. am not getting any feedback on this as well...
