Default Listing not removed

Default Listing not removed terrible service I Sent a request on the 19 November for a default listing on my Splendi report which i had never been notified of or received any communication of such listing by the creditor informing me of this. Its already on the 20th business day and no evidence was provided by the Creditor yet Splendi has yet to remove this default from my profile. Please escalate and action. I was told for Default listings where the customer was not informed they dont log a dispute they just send it in for 20 business day investigation, we past this stage now. Please do your job and remove this listing
