debt review clearance

I have been struggling with XDS Credit bureau to update my credit score for a long time and this has affected my chances of applying for Credit NCR has updated on the records long time ago but with xds they take forever I have been struggling with XDS Credit bureau to update my credit score for a long time and this has affected my chances of applying for Credit. I still am not able to access my credit even after they got my clearance certificate. TERRIBLE company!!

Every time i call them their agents are very rude my debt councilor sent my stuff trough with the clearance on June even today I'm still flagged
