Debt Clearance Certificate

It appears I'm under debt review with your company - Shabier Ahmed Ayub (Debt Counsellor). I tried calling XDS, sent an email and still no help from you guys.

My account with TFG has been long settled and I requested a Paid Up Letter as confirmation from Easton-Berry Attorneys. I would like to get a clearance certificate from you.

I tried calling Shabier but the line is not going through, this is the number I'm been trying to get hold of '***'Please assist me.
