BLANTENT REFUSAL TO ASSIST AND ABSOLUTLY DISRESPUL

I called XDS as i have been doing for the past two weeks in attempt to resolve a **********ly opened accouunt.Iv had no problems thus far until this afternoon, a consultant by the name of Peter (he refused to provide his surname after i had asked) proved to be so unhelpful and recited the same sentence despite me trying to advise him of the new developments on my case, he then decided to transfer me to a consultant by the name of Marcus who was both helpful and tried to help by transferring me to Carman who in the 3 minutes i spoke to her both assisted and apologized for the behavior exhibited by Peter. After dropping the land line and thanking her. my personal cellphone rang and the very same Peter attempted to suggest that i did not have a right to any help from him, i then asked why he would contact my personal cellphone for such and attempt to explain to him that i simply wanted help and Carman was more then willing and i was offended by his tone, he simply dropped the phone on me! No one deserves to be berated on their personal line by a stranger! Angry Disrespected!
