Bad service given

My Debt counselor logged a dispute a month ag for XDS to update my credit report . until now they haven't done anything about it, no call no email nothing . when i check my report they have updated my ne active account but cannot deal with a query that was logged a month ago. Such a ****ty service. You call them they don't pick up or the transfer the call
