BAD SERVICE

For the past few months I have been struggling to update my information, my credit record and score since AUGUST 2019. I called XDS to assist with a report, waited a day or two for my report, however three accounts on my report has been paid but non was removed. I emailed someone at XDS for about 5 times and no response. Everytime I get a automated reponse or call and no one bothers to email me. The main problem I have is that RETAIL companies call you, wanting you to pay and threating you with legal terms and actions and as a consumer I paid THREE accounts in full, received all three clearance letter however nothing was changed on my report nor my score ! I called Transunion as well and all they told me was to wait until end of the November so that my score can be amended but yet it nothing has changed? What more can we do as consumers ??? I completed an application form with the credit ombudsman to take matters further and I am still waiting on a response. Its sad that we as consumers get threatend, forced to pay more monies but when we do settle accounts we cannot get the necessary service we require.
