bad customer service

<p>i called in last week to request my credit report and was taken through their verification process which i failed. the alternative was to send my id copy and proof of residence which i did. still to date i have not received any communique from them i have been sending emails to them and i can see they get read but there is no response from.</p> <p> </p> <p>im disturbed by this as this means that they dont take their clients seriously.</p>
