No Service from XDebt

I was under debt review for 5 years with XDebt - after ALL my debt was paid off I still have a bad name under ITC for accounts paid up more than a year ago. I also still get letters from accounts been unpaid. After numerous requests to assist the Corne Myles (Attorney) from Xdebt has still not resolved the issue and do not respond to my requests.
