I was disgusted to be informed by Xcover.com that they would not refund my money for an event, when I couldn’t attend anymore due to a work commitment. This is a service you pay for, that in an event of an unfortunate situation and you can’t attend an event, you’ll receive a portion of the ticket’s money back.

Please be careful when dealing with them as they sell you a service under false pretenses.
