XCOVER ****

I booked an event on Quicket. I paid Xcover for the event I booked. Unfortunately due to an injury I can't attend the event. I've submitted a claim with all the documents required according to their website. My claim was rejected with no reason. This is a **** because they advertise that the ticket is protected and a refund will be paid in the event of illness, injury or emergency. All a ****. They take the payment and then refuse to honour claims.
