XCo disappointing again and again

I send email on 26-6-2015 and on 28-6-2015 and until today I had no response from xco.<br> We ordered clothes and received the wrong clothes. I want an answer but cant find any answers !<br> Even the clothes that we did receive is the same size shirts but when you hold the 2 next to one another they are NOT the same size, this was also send through on an email on 23-6-2015
