Terrible workmanship at Xclusive Roofing

The owner is very unprofessional and no after sales service whatsoever. A year later after paying them 13k the roof is still leaking and they don't know what it is so they resorted to ignoring my messages altogether and he tells me he is busy with other jobs wow.
