Xchange investment ribbed off R15000

They ribbed me of R15000 in 2016 with their so called training which I never received. In 2017 tried to request refund they told me I can't can cell I signed a contract. I was assisted by lady called Cynthia and Koloba recruited me. I never signed any contract with them and they are failing to e-mail me that contract because there is no such. I want my money back worse they are debuting R199 on my account what for? Please help me to get my money back please
