Very poor service from Xchnge Investment. They just ignore my messages now. My query is still unresolved more than a month later.

This company has failed to give me feedback for over a month now. They have been deducting money from my sister when she doesn't even have their software with her. Now when i try to follow up for them to send the copy of the contract they just read my emails& whatsap messages and not respond. The people i have been following up with are Emmie Pieterse and Keith. Now they simply ignore, i have proof of this. Very bad service to say the least. I don't want to have to escalate this any further.
