******** Debits

I had taken a loan from Xchnge Investment and Training. The loan was fully paid by the end of February 2018 and a settlement letter was issued.

On the beginning of April 2018 a debit went through for that same loan that was fully paid. I spoke to one of their employees who refered me to her supervisor and she said it would be returned to my account before the 3rd week of April, but that never happened.

In the beginning of May another debit went through from my account. I then went to the bank on the 5th of May 2018 to reverse those debits, but on the 6th of May 2018 those two debits that were reversed went through again.
