Unauthorised debits and Refusal to give refund by XCHNGE Invesment Training

They have a tendency of making unauthorised debits and would take a client from pillar to post before they could resolve the issue and refund. It has happened to me twice already where they were meant to only deduct R199.00 as per our contract, but took R2000. I am strucggling to get my refund, they say they want to reconcile my account and take premiums for the next 4 months in advance from the amount they have, even witout my consent. I am struggling to get the refund of the remaining balance. I have been talking to Emmie Pieterse, she doesn't take my calls anymore, if she does she would say she would call me back and never does.

I am so frustrated because it is not the first time they make unauthorised debits from my account.
