In 2018 i joined xchnge investment training and they promised me that they will give me R20 000 to start with trading only if i paid R6000 which i didn't pay .and to my understanding i thought they wont give me that 20k because i didn't pay for 6k what worries me is that they go and loan that 20k on my behalf and i don't know where the money goes and now I'm paying that loan if 20k cos i was blacklisted

09 Jul 2021, 11:50Dear Lutendo, Thank you for taking the time to post your complaint. I believe you took a loan through a financial institution, of R20 000, to purchase the training program. You were then requested by our support team to pay a minimum of R5000 into your traders account. As per many trader account policies, R5000 is the minimum deposit amount required to activate your traders account. You chose not to pay this amount into your traders account of your own accord. The training program was purchased by yourself and Xchnge Investment Training has not faltered in our promise to you. Please contact support on *** so that we may help you with any outstanding training or any changes to the training program since 2018. Please ask for Junior as he has been updated as to your concerns. Xchnge is always here to help you.
