Bad service - paying for services not rendered

I have been paying R200 since December 2012 every month till today. first I had to buy the software for online stock market for R14000.00 in which Xchnge people in Midrand Branch where always phoning me convincing me to buy. Eventually I bought the software and as soon as the payment went through I was given the software disc and that was It. I tried installing the software only to find out that it had no serial number. I called back the Xchnge people they didn't care about what I had to say because they received the money already. After few months of trying to get hold of them their phone didn't get through anymore. I have been paying their so called monthly DATA services since December 2012 till today. By end of 2015 December I would have paid R7200.00 plus R14000.00 FOR NOTHING!. I demand XCHNGE TO CANCELL these monthly debits immediately. I can even give them back their useless software disc.
