Bad service ever from Xchnge Investment training

I have had bad experiences with Xchnge Investment training. In March 2017 I was recruited by a consultant called Mr Mpofu from Xchnge. He explained the product to my satisfaction and I gained interest and decided to join. Unfortunately I didn't have cash to join by the time. He advised me to make a loan with CTI International financier company. I've agreed and signed the CTI loan forms because he had them with him. He then left and promised to contact me for further arrangements. In April I received a mail address stating that my loan loan request was not approved. In July I saw the CTI debit on my account, I therefore called Xchnge office to confirm if the loan was approved. I was told that there was no payment received from CTI. I am now stucked with payment to CTI. I have already paid more than R20,000.00 through RETOLCTI company. In 2020 a lady consultant called me claiming that I am owing Xchnge a yearly fee since 2017. I have explained my situation, frustration and depression that Xchnge Investment training has put me through. She said that she will investigate the matter and come back to me. I am still waiting up to now. I finally concluded that CTI and Xchnge Investment training are in partnership to **** us. I am currently a victim of these companies TraceOnline, RETOLCTI, Xchnge Investment training and CTI INTERNATIONAL FINANCIER COMPANY. I am in a dire situation since 2017 paying for the service or product I didn't receive. This situation has destroyed me and my family too. I am warning people out there to stay away from these companies.
