Another undercover money ******ion scheme

Well where do i begin with this company and Keith.I got a call from Xchange last month in the early days of the month itself,proposing that i can invest/trade directly with the JSE (Johannesburg Stock Exchange).I was genuinely interested in what they had to say hence we set up an appointmentfor them to come see me t work.A consult named Mpumi came to see me,and we had a chat and i decided that i would sign up,little did i know that this would be the worst thing ive ever done in my life.

Fast forward to 3days into the signing,i called Xchange and told them that i would like to cancel this application,as i had a review of my budget and realised it would be costly to me.I was told that a gentleman called Keith would contact me to assist with the cancellation.Keith called me and i explained my issue to him and he said he would review the packaged they offered me and would get back to me concerning this but he didnt.I called the next day again (Day 4) and i was told he is not in,but he will call me as soon as he arrives at the office.On the last day on which i could cancel,i called once more but i was told once again that he would contact me.Fast forward to some days after,he finally calls me to tell me that there is a gentleman called Nkululeko/Nhlanhla that will contact me with a better package.I never got a call for some time once again.I told Keith that i still want to cancel and he said he will do that,as i had called him within the 5 days of cancellation before.

I kept getting calls from their callcentre,asking that i come through for training but i told them i dont understand how im beinginvited to something i had cancelled.They then suggested that i come and see Keith face to face at Grayston Mews in Sandton.Last week (22 August 2017) i finally made time to go to Xchnge and resolve this once and for all.Keith then assigned me a gentleman called Never,who would assist with a better package.After speaking to Never,i signed up for a cheaper ,more affordable package,but i did tell Never that i dont want them to process anything until the first cancellation had been activated/done

To cut a story short,on the 25th August,i got debited for the first package that i app**** for.My question is,how legit is this organisation if they cannot even put me through to Keith.I would like to cancel everything now,i dont even want the cheaper package.

Please respect my cancellation,as i am not willing to go to my bank and keep reversing the amounts debited.
