Xbprime not paying out
I have used them as my brokerage firm. I had no issues with them up till now but I am struggling to get my funds back. Even just 2000 dollar of my 27000 dollar investment. This is extremely bad and I am very unhappy about this. This is a very suspicious issue to me and I am concidering withdrawing all my funds and finding another firm that deals more responsible with my funds. It keeps being blamed in payguru. They sent me proof of payment yet no payment. But when I invested my funds it was available for trading immediately. Very suspicious. I am now waiting 7 days for such a small amount of my funds. Very frustrating....... I need to reconsider my profile seriousley.

27 Dec 2019, 13:21I have now today Friday 27.12.2019 finally received my funds. Even though I have been extremely frustrated regarding my funds the secretary handled it with the utmost profession up and until today when I received my cash. It seems that the issue was truly payguru, however if guarantees cannot be given then xbprime should consider not using payguru for future transactions. But ultimately I am now relieved. Tnx
