You sent me a refurbished device? My device is 8 months old and you sent me a refurbished console as replacement. This is unacceptable and quite shocking. This is a R10 000 machine and now I’m sitting with a second hand repaired console. Not acceptable.

You can either replace this old device with a brand new one or you can arrange for a full refund. I’m not interested in using an old machine. I wasn’t even made aware of what was wrong with my console. Disgusting service from Microsoft South Africa
