Xbox one controller nightmare exchange ( no happy ending)

Very unhappy customer/client of microsoft/xbox one x. I have been with xbox since 20002 Till to dat 2022. My complaint and still my concern is this. On the 28/04/2022 my xbox one x newest model with the 3 buton in the middel i have never sended in something like this to microsoft nice seabourne came and picked up my accessory and after 3 +- weeks came back finaly happy to test it out suprize its worce. Already missing playtime Sended it back again 2nd time 3rd Time was For 3 faults not charching and it just goes of and takes a while to switch on Than thumgrips still no fix And still not charging. And the best is this and if a manager is reading this how do you make promises and cant keep it. I was fedup realy unhappy phoned i was Was going to this clari i heve never ever thought that she made such promises that i have been said. Now 20/04 /2022 till date 16/06/2022 amd still waiting for that promise i will receive wich will be on syster than after a while came accros jestoni he couldn T be help at all and refused me to talk to his manager. I hanged up can imagine how would you feel discusted promises after promises and sorry this and that with benedict and clarisse. Than came Glomarg de jesus i thought ok this guy knows what he is doing back at the ranch i think he was laughing at me as i told him thanks looks like you know your stuff i believed him out of the blue disconnected thats it Than the best stuff was this mohamed amine Not to long ago a client received a xbox one x becaus of the less i went through well i got a month game pass. Nice guy to talk to but still after stating to him and he said the wees wait and all and all i told him how long it was 9 10 weeks wait and after i told him that my controller 4th one makes a wierd click when turning it and not happy. Hope the gamers and so on sees this and makes the right choice After being a loyal client for 20 years now i was shocked. I am still sitting with a controller not 100 persent or new like i wss told its a lie they dont give a dam about loyal clients gamers or what you want. Maybe.... Those gamers receiving consoles games are family of the specialists or managers at microsoft then there is the store on america sorry bit reallu how dum can you get. I bought myself a xbox one x wich i was short for the series x got myself the console. And thank God i did not send my console in cause like a sending a drunk person into a bar no scratch nothing when he comes out then all smashed up and so on.... I dont think i will use microsoft again only i can wait and see what they are doing cause really. I am very disappointed, discusted and frustrated. A R1600 down the drain i lost my job and wish i could have job at microsoft as they only an our away from me Ai xbox game pass its not that wow like they are making it more childish chit is on their and when you wish like rugby little hope the Query what a game all those kinds of game nope Floppy nights my hell you will find Mabe im lucky and importent to see what are going to happen because of this mybe get an console exchange ha ha ha All the best Gamers Be safe Yours The great one I will gived my gametag when i ever have a smile again for xbox
