Xbox Live taking money after a subscription has been cancelled

I've been trying to get hold of Xbox live in order to reverse the payment they took off of my account after i have cancelled my subscription. The site is not helpful at all as we cant get into the xbox live account anymore. Can someone please get back to me urgently so that my money can be returned immediately. My bank cant reverse the payment either.
