Xbox being over ruled by Playstation

Guys every week there is an update my Xbox one is new and is sooo slow can't even loaf the new updates and I o ly have one game on it, this is pathetic if you can't reply me here I wil have to stop selling you're products in my store people are complaining to much they want to go to the PS5 because of the terrible service of XBOX how can I sell a product in my store with NO positive feedback.?
