Xbox 1s

I have my xbox for almost 3yrs maybe going for 4 yrs...point is? I took care of my console, kept it new and no damage has been caused whats so ever. I always updated my console from time to time and geez theres alot of updates. Suddenly my console just has a problem on the start-up screen...it won't startup and i tried offline uodate and still won't work....i blame Microsoft for this.
