Unreliable Xbox

<p>I was so looking forward to using my new xbox one s after being a playstation fanatic and expected huge things of this console. Used for 1 week and then no picture on screen, slow turnaround time after looking forward to enjoying Fifa 17 and now im sitting with no xbox which was sent for repairs and is currently sitting at UPS JHB with paperwork problems. Thank you Microsoft for ruining my first xbox experience. You would think you had a repair center of some sort in south africa, Other xbox users were raving about your turnarond time for repairs.</p>
