No service at all

I bought a xbox 1s end July last year and it shows no signal I changed Hdmi cable still keeps saying no signal. I followed all the troubleshooting instructions but no luck. Took it back to store just to hear we must call xbox ourselve because it's now out of warranty. After a lot of issues and calls I'm still waiting for them to call me. Very bad service and definitely not my choice. Pay R5000 for a thing that last a year and wasn't Evan in everyday use.
