No feedback on enquiries

My son is trying to get hold of xbox/microsoft via facebook to enquire about his Xbox console not working. They are not very helpful and he tried to create an order/qeury online, but that doesn't seem to be working as well. Can someone please respond as soon as possible and arrange for a pick up. No problem taking money if you want to buy a console, but if it comes to customer service........
