Microsoft SA Products

I recently bought an Xbox from BT Games and coming from Sony, I have a general idea of what to expect from a console. Since my purchase ****tle over a week ago), the console I bought has randomly frozen 7 times.<br> At first I thought maybe it was overheating but yesterday, the xbox was on for only a minute and it froze again.<br> I learned that in order to have the console looked at, I would have to send it all the way to Microsoft Head Office and after having downloaded several gigs worth of updates and DLCs, I most probably will have to spend all that money again on data.<br> This is not what I expected from Microsoft! Ubuntu/Linux and Sony are looking pretty good from here on out!!!
