error u70 WITH NO HELP

I bought a xbox Kinect in December by CNA , in January its shows a error I took it to CNA where they told me they not responsible for the repairs I must contact the head office of Xbox and its overseas , I try to phone the overseas nr but could not get hold of them, I even phone the SA quarter where they even say I must contact the overseas company, So if someone can please assist me to get this problem solve.
