Useless drivers license testing centre

I was at the xavier junction dltc we had an online booking that expired on Friday 28 May 2021 the reason for the expiry of our booking is because of a covid case that was picked up at the facility the day before. We spent our entire monday morning going from queue to queue and when we asked the security guard for an explanation he had a smile on his face telling me its full I am disgusted at the service our government workers are giving us we are hard working tax payers paying our way to have them employed and this is the kind of service we receive. I demanded to speak to management and suddenly there was movement in the queue. In my personal experience this is the worst we've ever been treated by people who are put in place to provide us with a service.
