Disgusting Service

On the 15th of November I went to the license centre to collect my PrDP and was shocked at the total disregard of the staff and their time management. After arriving at 07:30, I was very dissapointed and frustrated that by 8:32 am we were still not serviced. Not even one staff member informing us what the delay was. The noise made by staff you can't even hear if your number is called. This place is a circus and badly managed by clowns.
