*********** and rude staff at XAVIER JUNCTION DLTC

The staff were insulting and inefficient. When my son was doing his eye test for his learner's licence, they failed him without explaining what to do first. Then when he tried again they pushed the eye test machine onto his face all the while banging on the table to get his attention. When I confronted them about being rude they started shouting and telling me I was not supposed to be there and must wait outside. The staff continued to give me dirty threatening looks even after I had spoken to a manager. All this was totally unnecessary and this is unacceptable.
