Receptionists a disgrace

Both the receptionists who take turns at the front desk, especially Molly is extremely rude, inefficient and incapable. We've been going to this practice for many years and the only reason being is because Dr Nagar and Dr Esat are great. It is the front desk that is unprofessional. They lie about phoning patients back, I have never once received a call from them. When I raise It, I am being rude, when they are incapable of even phoning. Then they can never find our file either. its always a mess.
