Appaling Service - Xavier Medical Centre

Not very impressed with the new Dr. Brand. Very unprofessional and dont care attitude. Waited 2 weeks for lab results, left several msgs at reception and only received a call back yesterday from her. This test was done on 31 Mar, medical aid notification came through last week already that the claim has been paid, yet I had to run through hoops just to get the results. After speaking to Molly yesterday @ 9am and being rushed off the phone saying oh I'll have her call you in the next few mins which ended up being 13:45. By this time I had consulted another Dr cos clearly this Dr Brand was not very interested in my care.
