Poor Service and ************ rental agent

************ rental agent practices by Athi and his company in the 2.5 years we renting an apartment in Centurion through Xaris Properties. Firstly, he advertised an apartment that he had no access to. We had to view another tenants flat under his agency. The paper work was sent the next hour, but the flat was not cleaned nor inspected. He dropped of the keys at security and we never saw him again. All fixes around the flat where dealt with over the phone. I witnessed a repair man make a fix worse, and was still paid for the call out and repair. At the end of our rental stay Athi conducted a bogus inspection of the flat and wanted to withhold "breakages fees" from our deposit while the flat owner was present. The owner of course appreciated our efforts in trying to keep her flat in order since we moved in and found no issues or breakages. Poor service from Xaris Properties.
