Shocking treatment

My husband went to collect our dog at the kennels today after a 10 day stay. I forgot to tell him about the collections times and he ended up @ Xantah 45mins early. He were so illtreated and disrespected by the owner that we will NEVER go back there again. There were 50 different ways the situation could have been handled better. Mr Guido might not care too much for customer service, but I would like to point out to him that it is paying customers like us that keep their kennels doors open.
