XADO no delivery from online store

I purchased a few products online from https://www.xado.co.za/ They took my money and never get to deliver anything.. On the 10th of January I got my order confirmation (with a promise of 2 day Postnet to Postnet delivery.) Not hearing anything I emailed them on the 23rd of January (I am still waiting for a reply) I then called the phone number on their website and got hold of a Martin Pretorius who told me he had nothing to do with the online site but would follow up for me.. Martin has got hold of "Blazhe" the guy who I have supposedly purchased from and I have been promised 3 times that the products would be shipped but each time the date just gets pushed back a few days. I still have no communication from Blazhe even though shipping was promised on Friday and I am supposed to get an SMS one the parcel has shipped.
