Very poor after sales service

Very disappointed with the after sales service. Told me they fitted in a new battery into the car. A week later, the car could not start because the battery was faulty. I had to fit in a new battery at my own cost and was not reimbursed for it. This is just one of the many problems I encountered with the vehicle. There is no need to mention the other problems of the car because it's difficult to prove that the dealership knew about those problems before I purchased the car, and obviously the car is sold 'as is'.
