No refund for bakkie bought cash!!

Bought a Ford Wildtrack at this company x team motors Company is at randfontein unit 2 main road 241 Bought this bakkie 3 months back and it was the worst purchase ever Bakkie used oil bakkie used coolent bakkie had an old battery that was dead Drove the bakkie once and it overheated and now the bakkie's engine is damaged Now this company doesn't want to refund me They claim that I knew that the engine had a problem. Who in his rite ind would buy a bakkie at a garage knowing that the engin is a problem They now want to give me an old xtrail that I don't want When I told them about the engine probleem they told me to get that bakkie back to them and they will refund me I tryed to get the bakkie back to them and now they have the bakkie but don't want to give me back my refund Bought the bakkie R215 000 cash And nothing is now coming my way No refund and no wildtrack
