XSolar takes your money and ignores you.

Bought an item on 30 July 2026, waited a whole week for the courier company to collect the item, they failed every day for a week. The courier was cancelled and I was told that they would get a new jobcard for the collection. Then I didn't hear anything from them for a week. I sent emails, used their Whatsapp line and still no communication. Another week later, I finally got a response on the Whatsapp line and was told that the products were all damaged in transport and was offered a refund. I asked how long the refund was going to take and got ignored again. I've contacted them again this week to get any sort of feedback but all communication attempts are ignored. When you try and call them the phone rings and goes to voicemail.

We are now almost a month later and I have no product or my refund. Consider not using this company
