X Solar very bad in delivery and communication

Bought 2 x batteries a week ago and expected delivery by now . So last week Wednesday i asked for a tracking number and was told they busy packing my order and my order will be shipped . So Monday i was told the stock was damaged and they will send my batteries on Tuesday and will have ot before the weekend and also blamed the whats app AI system not sending my messages! Today again still nothing and was told my shipment was supposed to be sent and they will share the tracking number ! So please don't buy from this company as you wont get your order in time as they have on there website and you will have poor communication as the land line also saus they are closed and you must use whats app !
