Paid for a online purchase of batteries 5 days ago, since then I teceived no update om delivery, mails sent dont het rep**** to, not Whatsapp messages

05 Jun 2026, 21:51This business has the worst on-line communication ever. The do not answer to any questions and make empty promises. Answering customers call is the worst attitude ever experienced, no professionalism, just passes phone to next available person who continues with empty promises and mails that will be sent to confirm delivery. Currently trying to get a refund to purchase elsewhere even at a higher price with better communication and better customer service. X Soar IS A NO GO
