Extremely disappointing product and poor after-sales service – X Solar

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with X Solar. I ordered a gold LED mirror, but what arrived was nothing like what was advertised. The mirror looks cheap and poorly made, the colour is not gold at all (it looks more like bronze), and to make matters worse, it arrived with visible scratches and a long crack running through the centre of the mirror. This is clearly a defective and substandard product.

I immediately requested a return and refund, and the process since then has been frustrating and unacceptable. No collection has been arranged to date. I am repeatedly told that “the courier hasn’t collected yet,” with no clear timelines, no urgency, and barely any apology for sending such a poor-quality item in the first place. If I don’t contact them for a follow up on collection, they also don’t bother to contact me.

At this point, all I want is very simple:

The mirror to be collected

My refund to be processed as soon as possible

The lack of accountability, poor communication, and overall handling of this issue has been extremely disappointing. I would not recommend X Solar based on this experience.
