Hiring and handing out firearms to unregistered and unlicensed guards

This company hires security guards without PSIRA registrations, and we are given firearms to do security jobs, but refuses to pay the Guards what they are owed. I want them reported to PSIRA because they put people's live at risk and not all employment procedures are followed. I have all the evidence that PSIRA will need to persue a case with them. This company needs to be closed or people will be in danger of not even getting paid. Please have someone from PSIRA verify my story, they will uncover alot more of ******** behavior from X-ray. I have more than 12 witnesses who worked with me. I have communication with the owner telling us that we must bring our own firearms to work with. Guards are not allowed to carry their own personal firearms to work with, Mike Schoeman the owner sent me a message saying that all Guards doing the escorting must have their own firearms.
