XKids Maponya Poor Service

I made a laybye on the 29 November 2019 and requested they send an item from Lake side Mall and had to call Andile the consultant to follow up twice in a week and he advised that his still waiting for response 4 days later without calling me. Week later after this I had to call again and escalated this to the Manager Thabiso who confirmed that the sneakers are on their way to the shop. To my suprise two weeks later on the 20tg December I came expecting to collect only to find stories that it was never delivered and was never called. I'm really not happy about their service and feel disrespected as a customer as Andile was even smiling about this whole thing worse no apologies whatsoever. With such service this shop is going no where. XKids should consider training their stuff for customer service.
