Layby exploitation

Layby terms are utter Bull**** went into the store to cancel my layby management tells some nonsense about not being able to cancel because layby had already been expired, so clearly they refuse to refund me bcos of sum stupid terms and conditions in normal layby terms they take a cancelation fee and refund u the rest, NOT X kids total exploitation i mean the whole point of canceling a layby is that one can no longer afford it.. Am so disappointed, ****ed to say the least..
