Security tag not removed from Tshirt.

Yesterday I went to buy my son Christmas clothes and I went to X kids as they sell very nice clothes. I paid for the clothes and left for the rural as that is where I'll be spending my Christmas. Upon opening the shopping bag I found that the security tag has not been removed and now my son's Tshirt is ruined. I've angry and mostly disappointed by this kind of act.
